All Financial Information collected from you by the Company’s third-party payment gateway providers will be used only for billing and payment processes. The verification of the Financial Information shall be accomplished only by you, through a process of authentication in which the Company shall have no role to play.
While using our Platform, you may also be required to give us access to a few files available on your device. We may use your photo gallery or camera only to facilitate the uploading of certain content, as specified in the Terms and Conditions, but we will not access information without your explicit consent. You have the option not to provide us with consent or to subsequently revoke consent, for our use of your device’s camera/file and folders. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
Further, we may use your email address to respond to your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If a user decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or the user may contact us via our Platform.
Purpose for which Personal Information and/or Financial Information is collected and processed

Your Personal Information is retained by us only for the purpose of providing the required services or for historical or statistical or legal purposes and such retention shall be for a period required to fulfil such purposes and/or as required under applicable law.
Transfer / Sharing of Information:
We may transfer, share, or part with all or any of your Personal Information and/or Non-Personal Information, across borders across the world with the Company’s affiliates/agents/Third-Party Service Providers/partners/banks and financial institutions for one or more of the Purposes or as may be required by applicable law.
You acknowledge that some countries where we may transfer your Information may not have data protection laws which are as stringent as the laws of your own country. You acknowledge that it is adequate that when Company transfers your Information to any other entity within or outside your country of residence, Company will place contractual obligations on the transferee which will oblige the transferee to adhere to the provisions of this Policy.

Links to third-party advertisements and third-party websites may be provided on the Platform which are operated by third parties and are not controlled by, or affiliated to, or associated with, Company unless expressly specified on the Platform. Company does not provide any of your Personal Information to these third-party websites or advertisers.
The security of your Personal Information and/or Financial Information is important to us. Company strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of your Personal Information and/or Financial Information and to protect your Personal Information and/or Financial Information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. The Company adopts internal reviews of the data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where Company stores your Personal Information and/or Financial Information. We will not be liable in any way in relation to any breach of security or unintended loss or disclosure of information caused by any unauthorized access in relation to your Personal Information.
