Refunds and Ruturn Policy

Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product is damaged, please immediately send us an email at within 48 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:
Order Number
Name of the product received
Date of delivery of the product
Nature of damage and/or defect
Colour photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect.
Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, we may replace the product to your satisfaction.

Additionally, you can only return your products given the following conditions:
They must be in original condition
They are unwashed and unworn
They are in the original packaging
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10-14 working days.

We request not to use any of our images without our prior permission for any commercial purpose or we may have to take a legal course of action.
